Treatment cancellation policy

Please Note: This cancellation policy is only applicable to Brow Empire customers who are booked for treatments with Laura. This policy is not applicable to any of the masterclass purchases or any other content related to our online services.

 

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me & I realise that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made in less than 48hours in advance WILL invoke a cancellation fee.

 

The amount charged will be 50% of treatment cost if made in less than 48 hours & 100% of treatment cost if made in less than 24 hours.

 

In the event that you have accepted a standby appointment and cannot attended the time that has been offered to you, I kindly request that you provide notice of at least one hour before the scheduled time. 

 

I kindly ask you to understand that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss the chance to receive my services.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee may still be charged, but a part or full amount of the cancellation charge may be deducted from your future appointment cost at my discretion. I realise that emergencies occur and endeavour to judge this fairly on a case-by-case basis. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency on the day, please inform me immediately. Failure to let me know will result in a 100% cancellation charge being made.

If a late cancellation is to happen more than once and becomes a regular occurrence, I will require 100% of treatment cost before any future appointments can be scheduled. If a treatment that has been paid for needs to be rescheduled, please let me know as soon as possible. Providing I have been informed 48 hours before your appointment your treatment can be rescheduled without any further charge. Failure to inform me 24/48 hours before will incur a further cost of 50-100% of your treatment total and I will once again require the full treatment cost before I can schedule another appointment.

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the service as I work back-to-back. If I cannot accommodate you, a cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of treatment cost. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

As soon as your appointment has been scheduled you will receive a reservation confirmation email. It is important you do not delete this email and make a note elsewhere of your appointment. Since I realise that it is easy to forget an appointment made weeks or months in advance, reminder emails and reminder text messages will be sent directly to you 24 hours before your appointment. 

In some cases, I may require a 50% deposit when booking an appointment with me, this policy is usually put in place if you are a new client.

 

Most brow appointments require a free consultation 48 hours before treatment, failing to attend your free consultation without informing me will result in a small charge being put in place for any future consultations. 

 

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable myself to inform my standby clients of any availability, keep my schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of my established and future clients.
