1. is there a time limit to complete the courses?

There is no time limit on masterclasses or courses, the videos have unlimited access, you can sign in and view them as much you like.

2. Will i receive a certificate?

Yes, you will receive certificates with all courses/masterclasses that you purchase and complete. Certificates will be sent within 30 days of purchasing the masterclass and within 30 days of completing and passing your chosen brow course.

3. are masterclasses and brow courses accredited?

The masterclasses are not accredited, they are an extension to your learning – you will need to be qualified in Brow Lamination to purchase a masterclass. All brow courses are accredited as clearly stated on the course information.

4. Do i need to be trained in brow lamination to take a masterclass?

Yes, the masterclass does not include accreditation therefore if you take a brow lamination masterclass with no theory background and no course accreditation you will not be insured whilst offering the treatment. If you are not trained in brow lamination, I highly recommend taking my brow lamination course when available.

5. Will I receive a product kit?

You will not receive a kit with online courses, but the courses and masterclasses do include a product and tool breakdown with links where to purchase. Plus, DISCOUNT CODES for certain products. These will pop up at the appropriate points throughout each video (not available on mobile) and also appear as a product list on your chosen masterclass page.

6. when I have completed the accredited brow lamination course do i need to purchase the brow lamination masterclass?

This is not necessary, the videos in both the brow lamination course and masterclass are the same. As an add-on you may want to purchase the Brow Lamination Maintenance Masterclass once you have passed your course.

7. Can I watch the masterclasses on my mobile phone?

Yes! Our masterclasses are ready to view on any screen, desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile - whatever works best for you, as long as you are connected to the internet you can access our videos. We recommend connecting to WiFi to watch multiple videos though, as they may quickly eat up your data allowance otherwise. Please note, that when viewing on mobile the product cards will not appear throughout the masterclass videos, and you will need to refer to the product list provided.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the digital product is purchased - as you are given instant access to the benefits included and the purchase is therefore non-returnable.

When creating an account You will be granted access to the relevant masterclass comprised of videos and product details relevant to that masterclass. It is against the terms of service to duplicate, download and/or redistribute any of the content provided in these videos or product details, including the exclusive discount codes. In purchasing services from The Brow Empire You agree to consuming these videos and product details within the parameters stated above.

If We believe that You are in breach of this agreement at any time, Your account will be immediately suspended without notice and with no remunerations. You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for infringing on our Terms of Service and our copyright.

Payment information

When purchasing any product or service made available through The Brow Empire (whether online or in the salon) you will be asked to supply payment information that is relevant to your purchase. This may include your credit or debit card details and your billing address. This information is processed using SumUp and/or the processors bank and can refer to online purchases, bank transfers or contactless/chip & pin payments.

You agree that you have the legal right to use the payment card or bank account related to any purchases made with The Brow Empire, and that the information you provide is true, correct and complete.

By submitting this information through the encrypted payment section of our website or store card processor you are granting SumUp the right to process your payment.

Interruptions or errors in services provided

The Brow Empire reserves the right to change or update any of its available services and grant or restrict access to elements of content of purchased services.

The Brow Empire cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or completeness of any information, content, prices, images, videos, availability or other elements of our services. We reserve the right to update information at any time without notice.

In the case of technical errors that cause You delays or disruption to using Our services We will not be held financially accountable if the error is corrected in a timely fashion and You are not entitled to claim compensation if problems are rectified.
